Legislature hears testimony on frac sand mining

The fast-growing frac sand mining industry is the subject of a hearing Tuesday in front of a joint meeting of the Senate Committee on Environment and Energy and House Committee on Energy Policy.

Rep. John Marty (D-Roseville), who chairs the Senate Environment and Energy Committee, joins The Daily Circuit on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
