Bill to ban law enforcement drones proposed in Minn.

State Sen. Sean Nienow, R-Cambrdige, is one of three Minnesota senators introducing a bill to prohibit law enforcement agencies from using drones for evidence gathering. He joins The Daily Circuit Friday, Feb. 15 to further explain the bill.

At least 13 other states are examining laws regulating or prohibiting the use of drones by law enforcement. Privacy concerns often arise in this new area of policy debate.
