What should America do about gun violence?

The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding its first hearing today on gun violence in America. Several people will testify, including former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' husband Mark Kelly, and Wayne LaPierre, executive director of the National Rifle Association.

Saul Cornell, author of "A Well-Regulated Militia: the Founding Fathers and the Origins of Gun Control in America," joins The Daily Circuit to discuss the hearing.
