American Crystal Sugar workers to vote again on labor contract

American Crystal Sugar union workers will vote for the fourth time on a labor contract Saturday.
John Budd, director of the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, will join The Daily Circuit to update us on the situation.
