Mom, 2 kids from foster home vanish
by Tim Nelson, Minnesota Public RadioST. PAUL, Minn. — Blue Earth County authorities say they're looking for a 21-year-old woman who disappeared after taking her two children from a foster home outside Mankato.
The two children, a toddler boy and an and infant girl, are believed to be with their mother Reina Gandarilla.
Authorities say she lost parental rights to the children earlier this year, and that they don't know where she's gone with them. Blue Earth county authorities are asking the public to watch out for the three.
