Fewer people are riding Northstar Commuter Rail trains than last year but Metro Transit officials say the numbers are still higher than what they had forecast, and they are hopeful the line will eventually extend to St. Cloud.
We'll look at what the Northstar experience means for other potential commuter rail lines in the Twin Cities.
