There are still a lot of unanswered questions in the case of two teenagers shot to death in a Little Falls, Minn. home on Thanksgiving. The shooter, 64-year-old Byron David Smith, is being held for second-degree murder and will be arraigned Monday.
Susan Gaertner, principal at Gray Plant Mooty and former Ramsey County Attorney, joins The Daily Circuit to discuss the case.
