State Senator Scott Dibble reflects on the rejected marriage amendment
ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota is now the only state to vote down a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriage. But Minnesota wasn't the only state to vote on the issue yesterday. Three other states -- Maine, Maryland, and Washington -- voted in favor of legalizing same sex marriage.
