St. Paul, MN, USA — Three St. Paul police officers stand near the car where a man, who was the driver of the vehicle, was fatally shot by police late Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 23, 2012 in St. Paul, Minn. The incident occurred very near the corner of Jessamine Avenue and Westminster Street in St. Paul. A St. Paul police spokesperson said officers shot and killed a man after he took "evasive actions" at the officers.
