Republican Kurt Bills goes into the final weeks of the U.S. Senate campaign at a financial disadvantage compared to incumbent Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Federal Election Commission records show. And the most recent polls have him trailing Klobuchar by a wide margin. We accompanied Bills on a recent campaign swing. He travels in one of three blue school buses named Constitution, Liberty and Freedom.
