Debate Minnesota: Voter ID Constitutional Amendment

Dan McGrath of ProtectMyVote.com and Doran Schrantz of ISAIAH and Our Vote, Our Future debate the pros and cons of a constitutional amendment in Minnesota to require a photo ID to vote.
