ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Sinfonia is a gem. Led by Jay Fishman, this professional ensemble with a shoestring budget may cruise just under the cultural radar, but the orchestra plays with style and excitement. It "cooks!" The Sinfonia's performance of the opening of the Haydn Symphony No. 104 (London) is in this week's Regional Spotlight.
