Forecasters aren't sure what will happen this winter

ST. PAUL, Minn. — University of Minnesota Meteorologist Mark Seeley says the changing climate is making it more difficult for forecasters to figure out what kind of a winter we will have this year. He talked about the uncertainty and the worsening drought with Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer.
