Dog track rezoning rejected by Hudson City Council

In a 5-1 vote, the Hudson, Wis. City Council has rejected a request to rezone the St. Croix Meadows Greyhound Racing Park. The vote potentially blocks a new school from being built on the site. Councilmember John Hoggett, the lone dissenting voice, joins The Daily Circuit Thursday to talk about the decision.
