The verdict against Samsung last week and the continued rumors of a new iPhone 5 to debut next month are bringing the tech industry to the forefront of consumers' minds this month. The jury in the Samsung case found the company willfully infringed Apple's patents on many mobile phones.

How will the verdict impact anticipated product launches? What new products, software or accessories should consumers anticipate this fall?
