Daily Circuit host Kerri Miller is in Tampa this week for the Republican National Convention. We talk with her about how tropical storm Isaac is impacting the convention plans. Miller also spoke with the Louisiana delegation about the potential for storm damage in their state. They said the news of the storm's path surprised them and sent some of them back home.
