Regional Spotlight airs at 3 p.m. on Thursdays on Classical Minnesota Public Radio.
St. Paul, Minn. — From her sensational win at the 2010 Frederic Chopin Competition, Yulianna Avdeeva has made the world her stage.
From her Minnesota debut in Chopin Society recital given May 13. Avdeeva performs two works by Maurice Ravel: Pavane for a Princess of Long Ago and Sonatine.
Both works from a concert recording are in this week's Regional Spotlight.
