Republicans introduce a new Vikings stadium funding proposal

St. Paul, Minn. — Republicans at the Legislature are taking a different approach to financing a Vikings stadium. On Tuesday, they threw a monkey wrench into the month's long negotiations between the team, the governor, the city of Minneapolis and a bipartisan group of legislators. They announced their own plan that is radically different from the one being talked about at the Capitol for months.
