Mayor Rybak reflects on ten years as Mayor

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak, first elected in 2001, told a University of Minnesota audience the job is more personal and emotional than he thought, and the challenge is to align government spending with values. He spoke April 12, 2012 as part of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance "Connecting with Government" series.
