President Obama will sign the Stop Trading On Congressional Knowledge Act, or STOCK Act, into law Wednesday.
The issue of insider trading in Congress gained national attention when "60 Minutes" featured the topic last November. In addition to stopping the practice of insider trading, this bill is meant to show the American people that Congress can again be trusted, amid record low approval ratings. But does it do enough?
