St. Paul, Minn. — President Obama is likely to sign the bill that clears the way for a new bridge over the St. Croix River to replace the rusting lift bridge at Stillwater.
Congress finally passed the bill last week after the project had been stalled for years. So why did the bill finally pass now? Washington reporter Brett Neely joins Cathy Wurzer to talk about the politics behind the vote.
