Upcoming hockey tournament will feature new checking rules

St. Paul, Minn. — Cathy Wurzer talks with Star Tribune sports columnist Rachel Blount about the upcoming boys' state hockey tournament. It will be the first state tournament played with new rules that were implemented after Jack Jablonski was paralyzed by a check from behind.
