St. Paul, Minn. — The city of Minneapolis, the Minnesota Vikings and the Dayton administration have apparently reached agreement on building the team a new stadium in downtown Minneapolis. Gov. Mark Dayton has scheduled a press conference to unveil the deal Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
