St. Paul, Minn. — New York native Walter Hutzler has more than 40 years of experience judging cat shows, and he brings his expertise to the Saintly City Cat Club's Annual Championship & Household Pet Cat Show in St. Paul. This year's show took place last weekend as part of the city's annual Winter Carnival.
