Where are the female CEOs?

A recent study by the Harvard Business Review showed that of 2,000 of the world's top CEOs, 29 are women. That's 1.5 percent - an infinitesimal number. Why are there so female chief executives?

Kerri's guests are Amanda Kimball, a Research Specialist at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, and Leslie Bradshaw, Forbes contributor and the president of the creative agency JESS3. Bradshaw had been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a Top Woman in Tech Under 30.
