Inside the Stop Online Piracy debate

Wikipedia has gone dark for the day. It's part of an online protest of the Stop Online Piracy Act. Over 7,000 websites including other big names like Reddit and Google are taking part. Today we discuss the controversial legislation that has sparked outrage among Internet experts.

Marianne Combs, who is sitting in for Kerri Miller, will be joined by William McGeveran. He's a professor at the University of Minnesota Law School who specializes in information law, including intellectual property, data privacy, communications and technology, and free speech. We'll also hear from the chief political correspondent for CNET, Declan McCullagh.
