Q&A: Wisconsin governer recall effort underway

St. Paul, Minn. — Petitioners say they have more than one million signatures, about twice as many needed to trigger a recall election of the governor.
The signature drive began two months ago, in reaction to a law supported by the governor that ended nearly all collective bargaining rights for most public workers.
