Retail analyst says Best Buy must act quickly to win back customers
by Cathy Wurzer, Minnesota Public RadioSt. Paul, Minn. — Best Buy says overwhelming demand for some of its products, like $350 laptops, has forced it to cancel some customers' online orders. The Minnesota-based company released a statement yesterday that read, "We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we have notified the affected customers."
