The Plan B controversy

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius angered women's health advocates when she overruled the Food and Drug Administration's decision to make the Plan B available over the counter for girls younger than 17. Many observers say the decision doesn't square with the Obama administration's promise to put science before politics.
