Health insurers seek higher premiums

The cost of health insurance for many Americans this year rose sharply this year, according to a new study by the Kaiser Family Foundation. We look at what caused the 9 percent increase.
- John McDonough: professor at Harvard's School of Public Health and author of "Inside National Health Reform." Between 2008-2010, McDonough acted as Senior Advisor on National Health Reform for the US Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and was actively involved in the creation of the Affordable Care Act.
