Is it time to end the war on terror?

Ten years after the Sept. 11 attacks, is it time to reassess America's approach to national security? Midday presents an Intelligence Squared debate on the topic featuring four national security experts. In favor of overhauling the system are Peter Bergen, co-director of New America Foundation's counter-terrorism strategy initiative, and Juliette Kayyem, former assistant secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama. Against the motion are former CIA and NSA Director Michael Hayden and Richard Falkenrath, homeland security policy adviser to President George W. Bush.
