Could 9/11 happen again?

Midday presents a special program from the Aspen Ideas Festival, looking how America's national security has changed since the Sept. 11 attacks and if we're still vulnerable to another terrorist attack. The panel includes former Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, former Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-CA), former National Security Agency chief Mike McConnell, and Philip Zelikow, who served as executive director of the 9/11 commission.
