Brief Groveland Park Elementary lockdown now over

St. Paul, Minn. — A brief lockdown Wednesday at Groveland Park Elementary ended at 4 p.m.

School officials reported a pre-emptive lockdown of the St. Paul public school just before 3 p.m. because of a reported robbery in the neighborhood. The suspects were still at large at the time.

No weapons were reported used in the alleged robbery.
