St. Paul, Minn. — Medical journals tend to focus on scientific studies and medical data. However, a recent headline in the Journal of the American Medical Association caught our eye: Do Nice Patients Receive Better Care?
The commentary looks at the issue of the doctor/patient relationship, and gets at the issue of whether patients who get along with their health care providers actually get better care.
