Voters in the Hudson/Menomenie/River Falls area of western Wisconsin go to the polls tomorrow. It's a Democratic Party primary election that will the determine the candidate who'll challenge Republican state Senator Sheila Harsdorf in a recall.

Because there's a primary, Harsdorf won't face the actual recall election until next month. But only one of the candidates on tomorrow's primary ballot is really a Democrat. That's Shelly Moore. Her opponent is Isaac Weix. He is a Republican and a self-described "protest candidate," running as a Democrat.

Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer spoke with Weix and Moore about the election.
