Reaction to President Obama's plan to withdraw 33,000 troops from Afghanistan by the end of next summer is coming in from all quarters. And that includes Minnesota's congressional delegation.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Brett Neely, who covers Congress for MPR, to gauge the reaction on Capitol Hill.
