Mayor Rybak headed to Washington in search of tornado aid

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak is going to the White House next week to meet with members of the Obama administration. He's hoping to line up federal funding to aid in the recovery from the tornado that hit his city three-and-a-half weeks ago.
Yesterday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency rejected Minnesota's request for direct aid to individuals and businesses affected by the tornado. FEMA is limiting its assistance to repairing public infrastucture damaged in the storm.
Mayor Rybak talked with Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer about the situation.
