The Stand Still parade in SE Minnesota

St. Paul, Minn. — Whalan's 16th-annual Stand Still Parade starts — or stops, as it were — at 11:00 a.m. Saturday about 4 miles east of Lanesboro in southeast Minnesota.

Dave Aronstein, an organizer of the event, joined MPR's Tom Crann to talk about the idea behind the unusual parade.
