With session winding down, progress toward budget deal is very slow

St. Paul, Minn. — The Minnesota Legislature has only 10 days left in its session, and there are still a lot of issues to be resolved.
First on the list is the same thing that has been there for the past five months -- the $5 billion projected state budget deficit. There may be some slight signs of movement heading into the second to the last weekend of the session.
Capitol reporter Tom Scheck spoke with MPR's Tom Crann about where things stand.
