Conference committees to get busy at the Capitol

House and Senate conference committees will begin working this week on the Republican-backed budget bills that have already passed both chambers. Gov. Mark Dayton has declined an invitation from GOP leaders to take part in those negotiations, because he says the bills aren't quite ready.
