Bob Collins, Minnesota Public Radio
The Red River is expected to crest at 39 to 40 feet in Fargo - Moorhead on Sunday. Residents there are cautiously optimistic that the work they've done to hold back the flood waters will protect their property.
MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with Bob Collins, author of the NewsCut blog, who's gotten to know some of the people who live along the river. He spoke from Moorhead, Minnesota.
