St. Paul, Minn. — He was just twenty when he won the International Chopin Piano Competion in Warsaw.

One of the judges said about Rafal Blechacz, "He so out-classed the other finalists that no second prize could actually be awarded."

From his sold-out Chopin Society recital last month, Rafal Blechacz demonstrates the awe-inspiring artistry that makes him one of the top pianists in the world.

His performance of the Chopin Polonaises Op 26 is in this week's Regional Spotlight.

Frederic Chopin, Polonaise in C-sharp minor, Op. 26/1 and Polonaise in E-flat minor, Op. 26/2

Rafal Blechacz - February 6, 2011 - Sundin Music Hall, Hamline University, Saint Paul, MN
