China acquires technology in Cirrus deal
March 1, 2011
Pending approval by the Chinese and U.S. governments, Duluth's Cirrus Aircraft expects to have a new China-based owner by the middle of the year. Cirrus announced the sale yesterday, but it didn't disclose the details. The buyer is the China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Company.
