The latest on protests, politics in Madison

St. Paul, Minn. — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker renewed his call to Senate Democrats to return to Madison to vote on his budget proposal. He also addressed the comments he made to a prank caller, a blogger posing as a conservative businessman and campaign contributor.
