St. Paul, Minn. — Senate Democrats left Wisconsin on Thursday to stop Republicans who control the chamber from taking a vote on the Gov. Scott Walkers's proposal that would take away collective bargaining rights from public employees.

Friday evening, we reached Sen. Kathleen Vinehout, a Democrat who represents Distirct 31 in western Wisconsin.
