Twin Cities mayors talk budgets, LGA, and property taxes

After eight years of no tax increases and cuts to local government aid, residents of Minneapolis, St. Paul, and cities throughout the state have been dealing with big jumps in property taxes. The mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul join Midmorning to discuss how they can balance their budgets without adding to the property tax burden.
