Guns laws and restrictions on semi-automatic weapons

St. Paul, Minn. — Since Saturday's shootings, there's been a lot of attention on gun laws, and even the weapon police believe was used in the shooting.

Some politicians are calling for another look at gun laws, and restrictions on semi-automatic weapons. We get the perspective now of a firearms instructor and trainer.

Andrew Rothman is the director of governmental relations for the Gun Owners Civil Rights Alliance. He joined All Things Considered host Tom Crann in the studio.
