St. Paul, Minn. — It's the time of year where a lot of people resolve to lose weight, starting exercising, or to get healthy.
A lot of advertisers think the time is right to convince consumers to do it, too, but the rate of obesity in this country would indicate that it's very rarely a successful venture.
Dr. Jon Hallberg joins me for some perspective on healthy resolutions, and strategies to make them work.
