Midday presents live coverage of the inauguration of Gov.-elect Mark Dayton at the Landmark Center in St. Paul.
Dayton will become the first Democratic governor in Minnesota in 20 years. Attorney General Lori Swanson, State Auditor Rebecca Otto, and Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will also be sworn in. Former Vice President Walter Mondale will speak at the event.
