St. Paul, Minn. — It has been such fun this holiday season bringing together some of the most accomplished regional artists with strong Holiday repertoire for me to showcase in Classical Minnesota Public Radio's 'Taste of the Holidays' series.

And you know what, they had SO much great music, there was actual an over-abundance of gorgeous stuff and it's that spill-over I'd like to share with you today in a little "Taste of the Holidays" medley for Regional Spotlight.

Here's the line-up:

Salvation is Created, Pavel Tchesnokov - National Lutheran Choir from a performance given at the Basilica on December 14th

Winter Song, Sarah McLachlan - Copper Street Brass from their new CD

Lux Arumque, Eric Whitacre - Kantorei from a performance on Dec 18th

There Is No Rose, Rene Clausen - Choral Arts Ensemble from a new concert CD
